Biosensor is a Brazilian Company founded in 1994. The company designs, develops and manufactures Infusion Pumps for Universal Infusion Set.
In 1999, Uniset, Biosensor infusion pumps trade mark, was developed for the
use of Universal Infusion Sets.

In 2001, Uniset was the first national electromedical equipment approved by rigorous electromagnetic compatibility testing.

In 2004, Uniset was the first national infusion pump for universal set to obtain INMETRO certification.

Consistent care of Biosensor concerning the development of products and pioneer services led the company to invest in a complete tests  and calibration laboratory for electromedical equipments, not only to meet its production needs, bur also to enable differentiate customer service. Thus, Biometric – Department of Calibration and Tests has risen.

This new division is in charge of the services of calibration and tests in hospitals, clinics and companies; as well as the sales of analysers and simulators, being the exclusive trade representative in Brazil of manufacturers such as Elektronik (Germany), Netech Corporation, Clinical Dynamics and IngMar Medical (United States).

The company’s Manufactirung Unit and the Projects and Development Department are situated at the industrial district of Americana city, 120 km from São Paulo, in an owned area, projected in accordance to the requirements of Brazilian and Intenational Rules. BioSensor Head Office in São Paulo is where sales are performed by a qualified and experient team, to clients from all the country.

Thanks to the cooperation between the technical and development departments, and to the efficient Quality Management System, BioSensor maintains excelency and recognition of its products and services.
