Brazilian Partnership for Fostering Software Exportation - SOFTEX Partnership was created in the end of 1996. It is a non-governmental organization whose social objective is undertaking, promoting, fostering and supporting the following activities:

• Scientific and technological innovation and development;
• Technology generation and transfer and
• Promoting human assets

Through adequate education, culture and training of a technical and marketing nature in Software Technology and its applications, with an emphasis in the foreign market and a view at Brazilian socio-economical development by inserting the country in world economy.
